Behind the Scenes: Meet Nevena Milanovic

  • I love writing everything down on a piece of paper. I always have a small notebook or sticky notes, as I still prefer writing on paper rather than taking notes on my laptop or phone. I love colorful pens and am a huge fan of office supplies, so I figured they help me organize better. Even when reading a book, I have a small set of papers, markers, sticky notes, and pens that I love using to color, take notes, or underline quotes. My mom still calls me 'student' because I have many pencil cases, organizers, calendars, and notes.

  • In general, I realized that the 25:5 rule helps me stay more focused, productive, and less stressed throughout the day. That means that for 25 minutes, I am fully focused on what I do, and for 5 minutes, I try to relax, meditate, and stretch. I read about this technique as a student and started implementing it back then, and I’ve kept it up until today.

  • Read, learn, and laugh as much as you can!

  • “Together we stay, divided we fall!” is a line from a Pink Floyd song I find so meaningful as it speaks about the power of unity and the consequences of disunity. It suggests that when people or groups work together, they are stronger and can endure challenges. However, when they become divided, they risk failure or downfall.

This idea is often used to inspire collaboration, teamwork, and solidarity in the face of adversity. It reminds people that collective effort is essential for achieving success and overcoming obstacles, whether in relationships, communities, or nations. The message encourages individuals to set aside differences for the greater good.

  • Outsourcing comprises quality.

  • “Together we stand, divided we fall” explains the unity of our team.

  • Expanding our expertise and knowledge.

  • As the first employee and someone who was there from the very beginning, watching this team grow, learn, develop, and become professionals in their fields, creating a stable, relaxed work environment for them, and watching them get praised and acknowledged by our clients makes me so proud!

  • I can quote almost any line from Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings movies.
